I wanted to share with you, some pieces of my "Love Shrine" for Valentines Day, this first piece was created using paper scraps mounted onto one of those cardboard pieces that comes with your paper, added some embellishments, stuck on a stand and wala... The clip I got at AC Moore after Valentines and painted. The glass is filled with lots of heart shaped papers.

The box is decoupaged with some K & Company patterned papers a wooden, decoupaged heart and some glittery chipboard letters, I lined the inside with felt and keep all of our little love letters, or notes inside.

This started out as a wooden checkers board. The boys lost all the pieces, so I decoupaged it with pretty papers, cut my letters with the cricket and embellished. I love distressing with Ranger Distress inks, put on a stand and a great addition to my little Love shrine or Valentines Decor (which by the way is what this started as and then I just decided it was to pretty to put away and decided to leave out year round.)

Finally, just a little mini I am working on, isnt it pretty? Can't decide what to put in it yet, any ideas?

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you are enjoying the first ever, STP blog hop! Don't forget to leave comment on all the blogs for a chance to win the STP prize!!After you have visited all the blogs and made a post, be sure to go back to the Scrap That Poetry's blog and post when you are finished. Thanks for hopping with us! Your next stop is Windy's blog.
