Memory Works Simple Stories Reveal #2

Simple Stories Companants copy
This gives a quick, Simple Stories at-a-glance look at the main componants you need to create you're own Simple Stories album - of course you'll need a paper trimmer or scissors to cut your elements, a journaling pen to add your personal story and 4x6 photos - but that's it! Notice theirs no adhesive!!  Unless you want to add your own creative, personal touch with embellishments or if you'll be creating full-size 12x12 traditional pages - adhesive is not required.  Who would have thought - scrapbooking without adhesive??  Have we told you how much we LOVE this system - it will seriously change the way you scrapbook!
Now that you've seen the basic system componants here's a little more information about the albums and page protectors:

Multipack copy
We absolutely LOVE that there are a variety of page protector options so you can mix-and-match you're album to suit your needs.  Each and every page is different - yet still so quick, simple, easy and beautiful! We've said it before - but this is not a one-size-fits-all, kit-in-a-box system.  After working with our consultants and customers for 7 years in this amazing industry we KNOW first and foremost that you want options...choices.  And the the Simple Stories system lets you create your album - YOUR WAY!  You can see above the different page protector options we offer a large variety to suit your needs - we will even be putting together our own Simple Stories Life Documented Page Protector bundle that combines a complete multi-pack with 12 additional 4x6 protectors so you can complete your basic Simple Stories album.  Of course if you need more page protectors you can purchase the additional page protector options as needed....don't you love it!!

Albums copy
The Simple Stories system would not be complete without these beautiful, high-quality classic leather 3-ring albums in a variety of colors.  When you invest in these high-quality items you get what you pay for - and your memories and stories will last for generations to come!  At only $30, these durable albums are a true value!
Stay tuned for more kit element reveals tommorrow...
Here's a few more things we want you to know:
  • The patterned paper and elements included in the  Simple Stories Life Documented kit are printed on high-quality, heavy weight cardstock and are double-sided allowing you to use BOTH sides of the pre-designed elements (because the page protectors are clear the elements and paper designs will show on both sides.)  For instance, yesterday we revealed our 4x6 monthly journaling cards - there are 12 actual 4x6 cards but because they're double-sided you actually get 24 usable designs!  No picking or choosing which designs you want to show - with the Simple Stories system you get it all!
  • Simple Stories products are exclusive to MemoryWorks and can be purchased through a consultant - however you don't need to attend a party or go to an event to purchase your Simple Stories system.

A Must have for cricut users! Make-the Cut and a coupon code

Make the cut, is really fabulous! I just discovered a new feature inside the software, you can access all the files everyone else has made and shared! Yep! A gallery of cut files, right there in your software, just one click and you can see all the MTC files already available! How cool is that? You don't have to search the internet for cut files, you can access tons of them right there on the site, from your own software!

The gallery is still in the works, its not the easiest to navigate yet, but WOW, it is still really fantastic to access all these files, right there!

I really think this software is going to render For Sale SVG files useless, everyone can now very easily make and share their own files!

Take a look at the software features:

* WYSIWYG Interface [image]
* Works with the Cricut™ Expression™, Create™ and Personal™
* Automated Cricut™ Driver Installation [image]
* Preview/Use Any SVG [image]
* Integrated SVG Gallery (Coming Soon!)
* Shadowing (Coming Soon!)
* Work on Multiple Projects at a Time
* Choose From 3 Standard Mat Sizes [image]
* Use Any Installed Font or Import TTF Files [image]
* Convert Raster Images to SVG Format [example]
* Break/Split/Layer Shapes and Edit Them [image]
* Weld/Join Shapes Together [image]
* Export Shapes to SVG Format or Personal Library
* Cut, Copy and Paste Shapes Between Projects
* And Much, Much More!

You don't have to take my word for it though, you can try it out for yourself here.
If you are ready to purchase it, try it here.

If Santa brought you a Cricut for Christmas, you have got to get this software! Like most other users of SCAL who have recently tried out MTC, I have to say, MTC is superior software and much more user-friendly!

Wanna see what other scrapbookers are saying about it?

Linda, from Just a Scrappin, has this to say
Kay, from Clever Someday has done up a nifty comparison chart here
Gracie, from Imagine that, has this to say and some great screen shots to see here
scrapbooking grandma has put a few videos together for you here (do a search for make the cut)
