My word for 2010

I shared with you that my word for 2010 is discipline, because it is required for all my goals of 2010, which include quit smoking (I am on day 9 today!!!) Lose 30 pounds (I have lost 2 pounds so far) finish some of my educational goals, work out regularly, drink more water, have more family meals..... So My word is required for all of these to be succesful. Here is my layout using my one little word.
